I've used illustration board for this paiting and it's been a while since I've painted on board. I think I like Cheap Joe's Kilimajaro better.<br /><br />I've taken a wonderful gelatin Workshop and it's inspired me to work in book form. So far so good but, it's still "books in progress". I am making great pages and hope to have a finished book or four very soon. Getting ready for some Juried Shows and deciding what to enter is always difficult. I am going to try a monotype and watercolor for the first show (judged by originals)and then only Watercolors for the next 2 shows.<br /><br />Fresh Paint Gallery is starting to get more visitors each day and we are gearing up for a wonderful summer in our new Barn "home". It took a long time to be satisfied with the interpretation of the series. I felt it needed a strong gritty look and watercolor crayons did the trick. The strength of the compostion is the key to these cityscapes.
